Bachelor’s degree in Computer science, Engineering, Business Administration
Interact with Management / Client and gather current requirements, procedures and organize them; Interview personnel and conduct on-site observation to ascertain unit functions, work performed, and methods, equipment, and personnel used; Analyse user requirements, and develop proposals and solutions for business problems; Document findings of study and prepare recommendations for implementation of new systems, procedures, or organizational changes; Discuss with stakeholders the various alternatives and facilitate decision making to arrive at the solution; Design, evaluate and recommend changes of processes and procedures; Define system strategy, develop system requirements, design and implement technology enabled business solutions to the Management/client by developing prototypes, test and define support procedures; Write detailed description of user needs, program functions and provide suitable solutions.
