The origin to my ‘path to progress’ began with a degree in engineering in one of the most prestigious colleges in India, more than 2 decades ago. Right after my graduation, I embarked on a successful and enriching journey to become a serial entrepreneur, primarily within the domain of IT staffing and solutions, leveraging the talent in the two magnificent countries, I have been associated with – USA and India.

Jagadish is a seasoned management professional who has spearheaded Kairos’s Staff Augmentation and Talent management Services since its inception. After having worked with Tech Giants like Dell in the past, he has been associated with companies who are big wigs in Testing services. He has spearheaded Kairos Staff Augmentation team brick by brick.
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
AB Khan is the director of operations with 10 plus years of experience spanning sales, marketing, and operations. He has held management positions at several multinational companies globally. He holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Dallas with a major in project management. He has an extended reach in every detail of the day to day operations hence overlapping all the significant aspects of the company including but not limited to management of resources, sales, and marketing.
DIRECTOR OF TALENT ACQUISITION
Ahmed Humayun is the Director of Talent Acquisition with 13 plus years of experience in the Consulting and Testing industry. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a minor in Marketing from Pittsburg State University.

Darin Florenz is responsible for the development of strategic corporate client relationships, as well as advising Kairos leadership on related growth opportunities.
Darin has over 30 years of strategic business development and operational experience in a broad cross-section of corporations, including senior level strategy, innovation, business development, and national customer relationship management roles at several Fortune 500 financial services corporations, leading the FinTech business of one Fortune 500 financial services corporation, as well as leading an international business consulting practice, focused on emerging, high growth businesses.
