Staging occupied homes begins with an initial consultation during which homeowners are given detailed recommendations for preparing the home for sale. Recommendations may include painting, repairs, upgrades, furniture removal and repositioning. Homeowners are given direction on minimizing personal style, eliminating clutter, packing and storing belongings in preparation for their move.
Once the recommendation list is completed, StageCoach will return to put the finishing touches on the home. The homeowner’s furnishings are mindfully placed to turn a “lived-in” space into a “living” that is warm and inviting to potential buyers. Special attention is paid to lighting, traffic flow and focal points to showcase the best attributes of the home. Furniture and accessories may be rented from the StageCoach inventory to furnish empty spaces or rooms.
