INITIAL CONSULTATIONS
During this hour and a half consultation, a complete walk-through is done with homeowner and detailed recommendations are provided including home repairs and upgrades, painting, packing.  
INVESTMENT $150.00 for homes 3,000 sq. ft and under within Charlotte city limits


WORKING CONSULTATIONS    
When time is of essence, StageCoach will work along with clients in staging their home during the consultation.  Based on an hourly fee, this service allows the homeowner to decide how much or little assistance they need and want to invest in staging.
INVESTMENT $100.00/hour with two hour minimum within Charlotte city limits.

(outside Charlotte city limits, add $25.00)
