What is your most successful staging story?

Recently, I had a listing in South Charlotte that received good feedback from showing agents while the owner had her furniture in the house. The owner moved her furniture out and the feedbacl suddenly became negative. Cheryl staged the home and the negative comments about updating the house disappeared. The staging furniture was moved out of the house just before the final walkthrough. At closing the buyers asked about the furniture and I had the impression that they would not have purchased the home if it had been vacant when they first saw it.
